This package is meant to assist individuals with their particular fitness goals (Lean, Bulk, Reverse Diet, etc.) while utilizing the flexible dieting framework. This package includes the establishment of your baseline macros, lists/guidelines of go to macros, recommended eating schedules and refeeds (if warranted), weekly check-in's with photos for accountability, unlimited availability for email questions and concerns, and weekly adjustments of your macros based on your progress.
